Synopsis.
AIA Document F704–2023 is a standard form for reporting the status of maintenance work to a client. It should be used in situations where a maintenance contractor intends to provide a report to a client on the status of maintenance work performed over a period of time. F704-2023 requires the contractor to identify the maintenance agreement or work order contract under which the maintenance work was performed. It also has prompts for the contractor to describe the maintenance work that it performed and to describe any complains and incidents related to it. F704-2023 may be used to report the status of maintenance work performed under the following agreements and work orders:

F102™-2023, Maintenance Agreement for As Needed Maintenance Work
F103™-2023, Maintenance Agreement for Ongoing Maintenance Work
F201™-2023, Work Order for As Needed Maintenance Work
