How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Document Purchased in Error

1. Contact Customer Support

  • Reach out to Customer Support (support@aiacontracts.com) as soon as possible after your purchase.
  • Provide the following details:
    • Name on the account
    • Your email address
    • The order number of the document you want to cancel or refund
    • The reason for your request (e.g., “Purchased Wrong Document” or “Duplicate Purchase”)

2. Validation by Support Team

Customer Support will validate your request by checking:

  • That you did not use or finalize the purchased document.
  • That you purchased the correct document within a reasonable period after the wrong document was purchased.

3. Approval and Processing

  • If your request meets the criteria, Support will cancel the document in the system and notify Finance to process the refund.
  • Approval is required based on our refund policy.
  • For duplicate or wrong document purchases, you may need to provide the order number of the correct or duplicate document.

4. Refund Notification

  • Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. It may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
