Summary
Catina allows Pay Applications and Change Orders to be downloaded, completed offline, and imported back into the platform for final review and submission. This workflow supports collaboration with Project Managers who do not have Catina licenses while keeping final approvals and submission within Catina.
Step 1: Download the Pay Application or Change Order
Sign in to Catina.
Open the project that contains the Pay App or Change Order.
Open the document.
Select Download.
Save the file to your computer.
You can now share the downloaded document with a Project Manager for offline completion.
Step 2: Complete the Document Offline
Send the downloaded document to the Project Manager.
The Project Manager completes the required information offline.
The completed document is sent back to you.
A Catina license is not required for this step.
Step 3: Import the Completed Document into Catina
Sign back in to Catina.
Open the same project.
Select Import.

Upload the completed Pay Application or Change Order.
Review the imported information for accuracy.
Step 4: Review and Finalize
Verify all fields imported correctly.
Make any necessary edits directly in Catina.
Complete approvals, signatures, and submission as needed.
Finalization must be completed by a licensed Catina user.
Important Notes
Only supported document types can be imported.
The imported document must match the correct project and document type.
Documents cannot be finalized outside of Catina.
Project Managers without licenses cannot submit documents directly.
