FAQs
1. How Many Projects Can I Migrate at Once?
You can quickly migrate all projects by selecting "Migrate All". For accounts with large amounts of projects it might take 24 hours. Troubleshooting Tip: Triggering a migration will only move over current data, so any documents edited or created after migration will not come over. We recommend only migrating over completed projects or projects you are no longer working on within ACD5 to reduce having to migrate projects more than once or duplicating data within Catina.
2. Can I migrate multiple projects or documents at once in Catina?
Yes. You can select one or more projects or documents from the "Migrated Projects" or "Migrated Documents" tab and migrate them simultaneously.
3. How will I know if a project or document has been successfully migrated?
Once migrated, a green checkmark will appear next to the project name, and the status will update to "Migrated" on the list. The project will also appear under the "My Projects" tab with a "Migrated" label.
4. Where do I find migrated files after the migration is complete?
Migrated files can be found by selecting the project in the "My Projects" tab, then accessing sections like Project Files, Documents, Project Manuals, Project Info, and Activities.
