Project - Create a new project where all related documents, details, and team members for a specific construction job are organized and managed.

AIA Document - Create a New Document from a list of All standardized AIA contracts or existing customized templates

Project Manual - Create a single PDF file that combines multiple project documents—both Catina-generated and external PDFs—into one organized package.

Custom Template - Create a reusable document customized with your organization's preferred edits and information.

Contact - Create a new contact including contact details with whom you can communicate and share project-related documents

Organization - Create a new organization including organization details fora company or entity involved in managing and collaborating on project documents.

Finalize AIA Document - Import and finalize ACD5/Catina documents. ACD5 documents can be reviewed, edited, and finalized. However, cannot be taken back offline at this timeImport Custom Template - Import customized ACD5 Templates

  
Projects - workspace where all related documents, details, and team members for a specific construction job are organized and managed.
  • My Projects - Projects you’ve created or have access to within Catina
  • ACD5 Projects - Projects that were transferred from ACD5 into Catina for continued use and reference. Projects listed under ‘Migrated Projects’ aren’t migrated until you click ‘Migrate Selected.’ You must select the project and click that button to Migrate it to your ‘My Projects’ folder.”
Documents
  • Documents - all of your documents including offline, imported and migrated and the project details for your reference
  • Project Manuals - merge PDFs, attach exhibits, reorder sections, and create a single, organized document ready for distribution or signing.
  • ACD5 Stored PDFs - all documents and forms that were finalized and stored in ACD5.
Address Book - All of your contacts and organizations
  • Contacts - Contacts are individual people linked to a project (Owner, architect or contractor)
  • Organizations - Organizations are the companies or firms those contacts represent.
Templates  
  • Custom Templates - Templates created in Catina appear in green and can be edited online.
    Templates created offline show a Microsoft Word icon and must be edited offline.
  • AIA Templates - List of all standardized AIA contracts or existing customized templates
  • ACD5 Custom Templates - all Custom Templates from your ACD5 account. Click Migrate on the templates that you wish to use in Catina. Once migrated, your template will be available to use under Custom Templates
Archive - The Archive button moves a document out of your active workspace while keeping it for future reference.
Trash - The Trash button moves a document to the trash folder, removing it from your active workspace.
