Project Files Showing Zero Documents

Why is this happening?

During the migration process, some projects may initially appear empty due to a display issue. However, all files remain intact and can be accessed within the project.


How to Locate Your Files

  1. Open the Project

    • Navigate to the project in question from your project dashboard.
  2. Go to the Project Files Page

    • Within the project, click on the Project Files tab or section.
    • This is where all the migrated files (e.g., PDFs, documents, etc.) are stored.
  3. Verify the Files

    • Review the contents of the Project Files page to ensure all expected files are present.

If your files do not appear on the Project Files page or you encounter additional issues, try the following:

  • Refresh the Page: Sometimes the display may take a moment to update.
  • Check Your Filters: Ensure no filters are hiding certain file types.
