You will have the option of setting up a new phone number (No Email Option) that you would like to use for authentication for MFA at the first time you login.
You will begin by either logging into aiacontracts.com, selecting “Online Service (ACD5) and being prompted that way or you will navigate to https://contractdocs.aia.org and after logging in, you will be prompted that way.
you will receive a text message to input a pin number that will give you access to the platform.
After authentication, you will receive access to the software platform.
After the account has been authenticated the first time, you will not be required to authenticate again unless Microsoft detects that there has been a drastic change to your system, or you sign-in using another PC or laptop.
