FAQ

Q: Why is my document locked for online editing?
A: A document is locked for online editing while it is checked out for Offline Editing. This prevents multiple versions of the document from being edited at the same time.

Q: How do I unlock my document and continue editing online?
A: To unlock the document, either Import the Offline Document by uploading the edited .docx file back into Catina, or select Enable Online Editing if you no longer need to continue editing offline.

Q: What happens if I enable online editing without importing my offline document?
A: Any changes made to the offline .docx file that have not been imported into Catina will not be reflected in the online document. Be sure to import your edited file first if you want to preserve your offline changes.
