The review, analysis, and insights provided by these AI-enabled Services are produced using generative artificial intelligence technology ("AI") and do not contain legal or professional advice. Information generated should be independently verified before being relied upon for any purpose. For legal matters, consult your attorney. For other professional matters, consult appropriately qualified experts. You specifically agree and understand that AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information, including incorrect interpretations of documents or data, and that ACD makes no warranties or representations related to AI-generated outputs, and shall have no liability if you choose to rely on such outputs.
Data or information entered into AI-enabled Services (“Customer Input Data”) is sent to ACD’s vendor(s) where the request is processed, output is generated, and output is returned without retaining additional copies. Vendor(s) may not store or use Customer Input Data to train any AI model. Customer Input Data will not be published. Vendor(s) may not access or use Customer Input Data or output for any purpose other than to provide the services herein. ACD will not access or use any Customer Input Data or output other than as necessary to provide, improve, or maintain Services.
