      3. Once downloaded, you will switch to the offline editing workflow.

Important: Once you choose offline editing, you cannot revert to the online editor.

  • Utilize your organization's sharing tools, such as shared drives or email, for collaboration.
  • Make all required edits and contract negotiations with respective parties.

 

Upload Your Edited Document Back to Catina

  2. Upload the new version from your computer back into Catina.

A: When you upload your edited document back into Catina, the changes you made offline are incorporated into the document. You can then continue reviewing and tracking additions and deletions using the Online Editor's Track Changes Bar.
