Summary

AIA Contract Documents offers A701™–2018 (Instructions to Bidders) for general construction bid invitations. For FF&E projects, AIA provides A751™–2019 (Invitation and Instructions for Quotation), which is specifically designed for procuring furniture, furnishings, and equipment.

 AIA Contract Documents does not publish a form to solicit bids for general construction, however, it does publish AIA Document A701™–2018, Instructions to Bidders, which may be used along with an invitation to bid.

 

AIA Contract Documents also publishes A751™–2019, Invitation and Instructions for Quotation for Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment,  intended specifically for contracts for furniture, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E).
