Clearing cache for Google Chrome:
- Select 3 Vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of the browser Just below the "X" that is used to close the browser for your Chrome Options.
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy and security.
- In the middle of the page, select 'Clear browsing data'.
- You will be under "Basic" by default
- Select Time Range: All time.
- Leave all boxes selected (Browsing history, Cookies and other site data,, and cached images and files), although you do not have to delete your passwords and other sign-in data.
- Select Clear Data.
- Once the process has finished, close your browser, re-open your browser, and navigate to https://contractdocs.aia.org.
- You should then be able to login.
Clearing cache for Microsoft Edge:
- Select 3 horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of the browser for Edge Options.
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy, search and services on the left-hand side of the page, 2nd option down.
- In the middle of the page, under "Clear browsing data" select 'Choose what to clear".
- Select Time Range: All time.
- Leave all boxes selected (Browsing history, Download History, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files), although you do not have to delete your passwords and other sign-in data.
- Select Clear now.
- Once the process has finished, close your browser, re-open your browser, and navigate to https://contractdocs.aia.org.
- You should then be able to login.
Clearing cache for Mozilla Firefox:
- Select 3 horizontal lines in the upper right-hand corner of the browser for your Firefox Options.
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security on the left-hand side of the page, 4th option down.
- In the middle of the page, under "Cookies and Site Data" select "Clear Data".
- Select Clear
- Leave all boxes selected (Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content) Clearing cache data will not affect your logins.
- Select Clear.
- Once the process has finished, close your browser, re-open your browser, and navigate to https://contractdocs.aia.org.
