What’s New
Starting September 19, Pay Application fields that were previously locked are now editable directly in the G702 editor. Until now, customers had to rely on the Enter Line Items screen to populate certain fields. With this update, you can treat the Pay Application itself as a standalone sheet without being required to go through line items.
Why It Matters
We heard from customers that not every project needs detailed line items. Many of you prefer to work entirely within the Pay App. By unlocking these fields, we’re giving you the flexibility to choose the workflow that best fits your project.

Troubleshooting Tip
Pay Applications created before September 19, 2025 will still have locked fields.
If you want those fields unlocked, you’ll need to:
Export your existing line items
Recreate the Pay App
Import the line items back in
Your newly created Pay App will then have the unlocked fields available.
