What Gets Migrated from ACD5 to Catina (and What Doesn’t)

FAQs

Q: Will all of my ACD5 projects be available in Catina?
A: Yes, all of your ACD5 projects will be migrated to Catina, including documents and files within each project—except for G Series forms.

Q: Are G Series forms (like G703, G702) included in the migration?
A: No, G Series forms such as G701, G702, G703, G709, G710, and G802 are not supported in the migration process and will not appear in the new project. These must be recreated manually in Catina.

Q: Will my draft documents migrate over?
A: Yes, all draft documents and finalized PDFs within a project will migrate to Catina, with the exception of unsupported forms like the G Series.

Q: What about finalized PDFs or Word files I saved outside of ACD5?
A: Finalized documents saved outside of ACD5 will not be migrated automatically. If you want them in Catina, you’ll need to manually upload them to the appropriate project.

Q: Will my address book contacts carry over?
A: Yes, all contacts in your ACD5 address book will be migrated to your Catina account.

Q: What happens to my project team members?
A: Project teams are not migrated. You will need to manually add team members to each project in Catina.

Q: Can I migrate my custom templates?
A: Yes, custom templates can be migrated. You’ll need to initiate this by selecting “Migrate” in the custom templates section of Catina.
