Archiving projects

Summary

Archiving Projects explains how to hide or restore projects in Catina using the Archive feature. Archived projects are removed from the active list but can be unarchived anytime. The article outlines steps to archive or unarchive from the Projects and Archive tabs. 

To archive a project:

  1. Go to the Projects tab.

  2. Click the Archive button above the Projects list or after selecting the 3 dots to the right of the project list.

3. Select the checkboxes for active projects you’d like to archive. 

4. Select Archive.

5. Selecting Archive will place the project into the Archive tab

 

To unarchive a project:

  1. Go to the Archive tab.

2. Select the project that you wish to Unarchive by clicking the Unarchive button above the Projects list or after selecting the 3 dots to the right of the project list.

 

3.  Selecting Archive will place the project into the Projects tab

NOTE

The same number of items that are archived will be Unarchived. The item count will include all items (Agreements, Finalized PDF and Forms). The Archive view will show only Agreements, but all items will be Unarchived if Unarchive is selected.
