Catina Road Map

Summary:

The Catina Road Map outlines ongoing and upcoming improvements to the Catina platform. It includes updates on document migration from ACD5, enhancements to the document creation workflow, and new features such as project manuals and improved user management. The roadmap aims to streamline processes and enhance user experience within Catina.

In Progress

• Online Editor Improvements
  • We're upgrading the online editing tools in Catina to make document creation and review more intuitive and flexible.
• Project Folder Management
  • Create, Read, Update/Move, Delete folders
  • Create, Read, Update/Move, Delete files

• Starting from Previous Form (ACD5 -> Catina)

  • Soon, you’ll be able to start a new document in Catina using your previous ACD5 form content. This will apply to:
    • Pay Applications
    • Change Orders
    • Other supported AIA forms that support “Start from Previous” functionality
• DOD+ Transition
  • Initial work has begun to support moving DOD+ document workflows into Catina. More details will be shared as we get closer to launch.

  • Ability to move or copy files
  • Addressing document formatting issues
  • Ensuring document fill-ins are retained when exporting to offline

Under Evaluation

• Custom Clause Library
  • We're exploring the reintroduction of a customizable clause library to help teams create, store, and reuse frequently used legal language directly within Catina.
• Collaboration
  • We are exploring the collaboration features within Catina
• User Groups/Permissions/Roles
  • Improving user management (including evaluation of roles and permissions)
  • Adding user groups and permissions
• Email Notifications to Signers of Documents when Signing is Complete
  • We are exploring the ability to notify users via email once a document is partially signed
