What does it mean if a template migrated says “Failed”?
If a template fails to migrate, you will receive a notification “Failed to migrate” with the ability to retry the process. If you continue to receive a failed notification, please contact our Customer Support team at support@aiacontracts.com, who can help troubleshoot the issue.
Why does my template say “unavailable” to migrate?
If a template has an unavailable status next to it, that means it is not eligible for migration at this time. This might be due to it being an offline document, formatting issues, or document type. I clicked Migrate next to a template but I do not see it anymore. What do I do?
After you migrate a template, it will no longer be available on the "Migrate Templates from ACD5" tab and will automatically move to the "My Templates" tab.
Why is my template is taking a long time to migrate?
If you have migrated your template and you still see the loading bar after a few minutes, try clicking the "My Templates" tab. If the migration was successful, you should now see your template on this screen. If it is not there, you can click back to your "Migrate Templates from ACD5" screen to check the status or see if there was an error that occurred.
Can I edit a custom template within Catina after I have migrated it?
Once you migrate a template you can accept any changes and make additional edits right within Catina. To do so simply click on the template under the "My Templates" tab to open the online editor.
How do I use my migrated template within a project?
To use your migrated ACD5 template within a project click the "Custom Templates" tab within the document selector. This will open up your custom template within the project to make additional edits.
