Streamlined process to import and finalize Catina documents

A Catina document that has been taken offline for editing can now be imported directly from the main Documents page, resulting in fewer steps to finalize offline documents. See the step-by-step guide for more information.

Helpful Hints:

• ACD5 documents cannot currently be imported directly into Catina. Please note that we’re working on a solution to better support migration of ACD5 files. In the meantime, please contact Customer Support if you have any questions or concerns regarding your transition to Catina.
• Imported documents must still be associated with a new or existing project prior to finalization.
