Helpful Hints:

  • ACD5 documents cannot currently be imported directly into Catina. Please note that we’re working on a solution to better support migration of ACD5 files. In the meantime, please contact Customer Support if you have any questions or concerns regarding your transition to Catina.
  • Imported documents must still be associated with a new or existing project prior to finalization.
