Using G803–2017.
This document should be submitted to the Architect’s and Consultant’s Representative. The “Agreement dated” should be the date of the original Agreement between the parties.
Indicate the names of the parties as they appear on the Agreement. Similarly, describe the Project’s name and address as they appear in the Agreement.
The parties should describe the amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement and indicate adjustments to the Consultant’s compensation and schedule. Finally, the parties should sign AIA Document G803–2017 in a manner consistent with the original Agreement.
Important.
Modifications. Particularly with respect to professional or contractor licensing laws, building codes, taxes, monetary and interest charges, arbitration, indemnification, format and font size, AIA Contract Documents may require modification to comply with state or local laws. Users are encouraged to consult an attorney before completing or modifying a document.
